Description
An explosion of seafoam as the high tide, fed by remnants of a Baja California storm, erodes the shore. Playa del Rey California.
Though it's a long flight from where this shot was taken to Edinburgh, the title? : just a nod to my Scottish heritage.
"OUT of the darkness, fretted sometimes in its sleeping,
Jets of sparks in fountains of blue come leaping
To sight, revealing a secret, numberless secrets keeping."

Beautiful, Joe...and it finally makes sense out of a Gaelic saying my husband's Nanna would say when she would become frustratedly passionate trying to advance her position during moments of controversy! This is such delightful chaotic movement; I love the mods of the sea!..BEST to you. FAV
