Yet another decent swell for a New Years Day at TC's, 2021. 8 years after the first TC's image posted, New Years Day 2013.

TCs in Los Angeles County is a reef break that has fairly consistent surf. Summer offers the optimum conditions for surfing. Works best in offshore winds from the north northeast. Groundswells more frequent than windswells and the best swell direction is from the southwest. Best around mid tide. Sometimes crowded. Watch out for urchins, rocks and locals.
