Description
The iconic Roy's Motel Cafe. Along the historic route 66, Roy's was a well known stopover for meals and a bed. Located in the ghost town of Amboy, CA. Mojave Desert.
The motel is in name only, as there is no longer sufficient ground water for operation. The cafe is actually a snack shop. Still gas, however. A classic Route 66 icon.
